Your submissions

The lesson and contact forms under /demo validate entries locally in your browser. No demo submission is stored on our server or sent by email. No real lesson or enquiry is created.

Use invented details when trying this demonstration. Do not provide sensitive information or personal information about children. A parent or guardian should make junior coaching requests.

Website offer enquiries

The /special-offer form is a real enquiry to Signature Horizons. We store your professional and business details, website content, lesson prices, consent and uploaded images in our private database to respond and prepare your website. The notification goes to hello@signaturehorizons.co.uk with your email as Reply-To. Images are re-encoded to remove metadata and shared through private links that expire after seven days. Unused uploads remain private until removed by the operator. Contact hello@signaturehorizons.co.uk with your reference to request access or deletion. Submitting does not place an order or guarantee offer availability. Please only supply content you have permission to use.

Email and cookies

Real website enquiries are saved before an email notification to Signature Horizons is attempted. The form reports whether the notification was accepted for delivery, or honestly reports missing configuration or failure. SMTP acceptance does not guarantee mailbox arrival. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. Operator sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to eight hours.

Retention and access

Legacy demonstration records should be removed by the operator within 30 days. Website enquiry details are used to respond and prepare your website. To request access, retention details or deletion, contact hello@signaturehorizons.co.uk with your submission reference. The operator handles deletion directly in the database; there is no automatic deletion job in this first version.

Before use by a real professional

The operator must provide their legal identity and contact address, verify professional credentials, replace all sample details, confirm their privacy basis and retention policy, and configure storage and email. This demonstration notice must be replaced with a policy appropriate to the actual business.
